Delivery time – it will take approximate 5-7 working days to deliver the product

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will get a real-time shipping quotes and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full 100 grams.

Domestic Shipping:

If the value of the goods purchased is below  500/-, there will be a shipping charge of  100.

Return/ Refund Policy

• Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 10-12 working days
• Goods can be returned only once per transaction.
• We endeavor to give you the best customer experience each time you shop with us, and in case you are not 100% satisfied with the experience, you can buy any other product in exchange to your previous order.
• Your exchange order value should be equal to or more than the return item/s value
• You need to write to us info@neelkanthpublishers.com within 7 days of your date of purchase.
• Products will have to be returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition along with a copy of the invoice.
• Once we receive the merchandise from you and the returned item/s have passed inspection, we will issue a redeem coupon.

The shipping carrier selected by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer. KAAV PUBLICATIONS will not be responsible for the quality of service or the timelines provided by the shipping carrier. KAAV PUBLICATIONS shall also not be liable to compensate in any form whatsoever any damages caused in shipping the merchandise to the customer through any shipping carrier.
