Megha Ojha is possessing teaching experience as well as litigation experience of more than 9 years. She has worked as Legal Advisor in company. She has done her Masters in Law (LL.M.), with Business Law as an area of specialization, from Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur and graduation (LL.B.) from Mohanlal Sukhadiya University, Udaipur. She has quali_ied UGC NET exam in year 2013 and awarded the University Grant Commission Junior Research fellowship in year 2015. She has a keen interest in legal research and has published 8 research papers in reputed and referred journals in various areas of law and published 2 book chapters. She has presented papers in 10 national seminars as well as in 3 international conferences. Her area of interest includes Intellectual Property Rights, Constitutional Law, Indian Legal History and Business Law.
