Is serving as an Associate Professor and Head in the Department of Bachelor of Business Administration, Dewan Institute of Management Studies, Meerut. She secured her Ph.D. from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. She is an MBA-Finance from IGNOU, New Delhi, M. Com. from CCS University, Meerut and B.ED. From CCS University, Meerut. She has to her credit numerous National and International Research Papers under different domains in Journals of repute. She has also completed many Faculty Development Programs from AICTE and other reputed institutions. She is having two Indian Patents and one International Patent in her name. She has authored books on Accounting and Auditing. She is also a fellow member of Meerut Management Association. Her area of specialization is Accounting, Taxation and Financial Management.

NAVNEESH TYAGI

Assistant Professor, Department of business and management studies, Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, Knowledge Park, Greater Noida, UP, India. A Researcher, author, and academician with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Lecturing, Curriculum Development, and Research Analytics. UGC NET (Management (2012) and Human Resource (2013) qualified, strong academic professional having post-graduation degrees of Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Master of Commerce (M.Com). Specialized in Talent Management, Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, Organizational Behaviour, and Marketing. Written, presented, and published more than 26 research papers, text book, and edited book. It includes 1 ABDC (B+), 4 SCOPUS, 4 UGC approved conferences and journals. She has attended various FDPs and is a member of various international, national, and local management associations. Her research area is Leadership, workplace deviance, organizational justice, and organizational culture.

Dr. DEVESH GUPTA

Is having more than 18 years of experience in the field of Academics, Research and Industry. Presently he is working as Associate Professor in Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Management College, Meerut. He holds Ph.D. in Finance and Masters in Commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. He completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from CEDTI, DOEACC, and Government of India. He is also having Masters in Computer Science from MCRP, Bhopal. He has published more than 30 research papers in National and International Journals of repute including SCOPUS. He is a fellow member of Meerut Management Association. He has attended various faculty development programs from National Institute of Financial Management (NIFM) and other prestigious institutions. His area of specialization is Accounting, Taxation and Finance. He is having two Indian Patents and one International Patent in his name.

Dr. KUMAR RATNESH

Is qualified management professional (M.B.A, PhD) with 14 years of valuable, in depth and extensive experience in Academics, Research & Development and Administration. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Management Department at Dewan Institutes of Management Studies, affiliated to AKTU, Lucknow. He received an MBA degree in Marketing and Human Resource from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow with a Ph.D. degree in Service Branding from Mewar University Rajasthan. He is Gold Medalist in Brand Management and Consumer Behavior certifications from IIM Bangalore. He is having more than six Indian and International Patent and Copyright on different topics. He has published more than 40 Research papers in Springer/Scopus/ABDC/UGC Referred Journal/ International/ National Journals with more than 35 Research papers presented in different International and National conferences. He has also completed more than ten AICTE/IIK/IIM/UGC sponsored FDP’s. He has 12 FDP,   4 Books Editors, 6 Book Chapters, and 17 E-Seminar/Webinar. His research interests include Service Banding, Consumer Behavior, Predictive Analytics, Business Analytics and Application of AI & IOT in Management field.
