Dr.Heena Bhardwaj holds a Ph.D in Organisational Behaviour from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) Delhi University and an MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM).She comes with many years of experience in teaching students at Postgraduate and graduate levels. Dr.Heena has various research articles and publications in journals of repute. She has conducted several training sessions on self-awareness, transactional analysis,personality analysis,emotional intelligence, work values,positive attitude at workplace,team- building and leadership development for participants from various organisations.She is passionate about facilitating the teaching learning processes for achieving the program objectives.

Dr. Babita
Dr. Babita is a commerce graduate and M. Com from MDU, Rohtak, Haryana, MBA in HRM and Finance from CCHAU, Hisar, Haryana. UGC NET qualified. PhD from BHU, Varanasi. She has done a project on “Emotional Intelligence among managers of some selected organizations”. She has published 7 Research Papers, 5 Popular Articles in various journals and magazines. She has more than 10 years work experience of teaching and Industries. Her research interests in Human Resource Management, Finance, E-Commerce and Management field include Analytics of Human resource Management and modern techniques of organizational culture models to improve the performance.

Dr. Parag Chandrakant Kalkar
Dr. Parag Chandrakant Kalkar   M.Com. MMS(Finance), Ph.D., FDP (IIMA) is presently working as Director at STE Society's Sinhgad Business School Pune and also Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Management at Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He is also a Academic Council Member, Senate Member at Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has more than 26 years teaching experience. He is Research Guide at Savitribai Phule Pune University and seven students have completed their Ph. D. under his guidance till date. He has published 54 research papers in national and international research journals.  He is author/ co- author of 19 books and six patents applied-published. He has also worked as Management Council Member, Academic Council Member, Senate member and on various statutory and academic committees under Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is a treasurer, Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) and is associated with International Stress management Association (ISMA) India. He is an eminent speaker invited to the various national and international conferences & Seminars. He chaired & inaugurated various National & International Conferences, Seminars. I am Dr.D.Bharathi Associate Professor in the Department of Economics SIVET College. I have completed 25 years of service in teaching profession. Specialization is Environmental Economics, submitted Research papers in wetlands, health Economics  Organized National Conference in collaboration with Indian Economic Association. Edited books on Building back Business Better. I  am a life member of IEA and INSEE. I have delivered talks in various colleges in and around Chennai City.
